Total Siyapaa Will Woo Both Indians And Pakistanis..........!

Neeraj Pandey, who is producing Total Siyapaa, starring Ali Zafar and Yami Gautam, in the lead roles, is hoping to release the film in Pakistan.

A source close to the production house reveals that "the film is set in London and has a hilarious take on how a Pakistani-Punjabi boy (played by Ali) goes to meet the girl's Indian-Punjabi family, and the chaos that follows thereafter.

Therefore, Neeraj believes that the film will have quite a connect with the audience in Pakistan as well." Of course, Bollywood films and its film stars are tremendously popular there.

The source adds that Ali, who is Pakistani, might help with the same. The source says, "The actor is working towards helping the makers release the film in Pakistan and facilitate the needful. This has been an immense aid to the makers. They are trying their best to have a release, especially considering the huge fan following that Ali has in Pakistan."

When contacted, Neeraj confirms the news saying, "We are planning to release and promote the film in Pakistan."

Pakistani singer-turned-actor Ali Zafar, who is gearing up for his next Bollywood venture Total Siyapaa, says the audiences in his home country as well as India are going to relish and cherish the romantic comedy.

"Whenever we talk about India and Pakistan, people get very sensitive, but this film has balanced it in a very light way. Every person in Pakistan will enjoy the film as much as people in India. The film will bring people closer," Ali told reporters at the Total Siyapaa trailer launch.

Directed by E. Nivas and written by Neeraj Pandey, Total Siyapaa is the love story of a Pakistani guy (Ali) and an Indian girl, played by Yami Gautam who made her debut in Hindi films with Vicky Donor.

In the film, there is a scene where Ali and Yami are having a conversation over Pakistani cricketer Shahid Afridi.

Ali is confident that Afridi, one of the most "adored and loved" cricketers at the moment, "will hug me" after seeing the film.

"My real fans will perceive it in a right way and everyone will come and watch the film," added the actor who has featured in other Bollywood films like Tere Bin Laden, Mere Brother Ki Dulhan and Chashme Baddoor.

Hugh Jackman Joins New Peter Pan Movie As One Evil Pirate...........!

Looks like Wolverine will be trading in his claws for a sword - although he'll probably hang on to the facial hair. According to Variety, Hugh Jackman is in negotiations to play the pirate Blackbeard in Joe Wright's upcoming Peter Pan origin story film, Pan. The film will follow a young orphan boy who is taken to Neverland, where he leads the natives in a rebellion against the evil pirates, led by Blackbeard, and becomes a hero to those who live in the magical land. Blackbeard will be the main antagonist of Pan, but Peter Pan purists shouldn't be worried, as Hook will still play a significant role. In fact, Hook will start off as one of Peter's allies and good friends, although he will, of course, eventually turn against him. Jackman is the first person to be cast in the film, as the filmmakers are apparently hoping to find an unknown actor to play the lead role.

The role is somewhat of a departure for Jackman, who has a long line of likeable good guys and gruff anti-heroes under his belt. However, his recent performance in the film Prisoners proves that he's capable of playing dark, intense characters, which will be an asset to him when it comes time to terrorize Peter Pan. Since the filmmakers had apparently approached Javier Bardem for the part before offering it to Jackman, there's a good chance that they're looking for him to play an out-and-out villain, someone who will haunt the nightmares of small children for years. Of course, with Jackman on board, they could now explore a different tone for the film, and allow Jackman to ham it up and chew some scenery.

But how over-the-top and campy should he get? A lot of it depends on how young an audience Pan is aiming for. If they're looking to make it straightforward and family-friendly, there's a good chance that Jackman could decide to play Blackbeard in a more idiotic manner, and rely on a lot of the slapstick humor that characterizes Captain Hook in Disney's version of Peter Pan. However, that wouldn't make Blackbeard a particularly fearsome villain, and since Hook will not be playing the antagonist for most of the film, there needs to be at least one character who is properly menacing. Instead, allowing Jackman to concoct a villain that is equal parts entertainingly hammy and genuinely threatening would give the film a good balance of humor and suspense, which would also help it appeal to a wider audience. Of course, Pan would need to be careful of differentiating Blackbeard from the main villain of another Peter Pan origin film in the works, Peter and the Starcatchers, as Captain Blackstache is primarily known for his scenery-chewing.

Casting Jackman as Blackbeard is such a genius idea that it's bound to be one of the strongest elements of the film, regardless of what direction the character ultimately takes. His theater experience gives him the ability to play bigger, more over-the-top characters without losing their realism, but he has proven with Prisoners and Les Miserables that he can handle dramatic roles as well. This is bound to be helpful for Wright, who is known for his quiet, introspective period pieces, and it will allow him to explore the story's fantasy and action elements without losing the drama that he specializes in.

So essentially, all that's left for Jackman to decide is how much of an homage to Dustin Hoffman in Hook he would like Blackbeard to be.

Aaron Paul's Need For Speed Accelerates With Brand New Poster..........!

I’ve got a need… a need for… that stoner guy in a bunch of movies from 10 years ago!

Yes, Aaron Paul’s made it quite a long way since playing frat boys, stoners, and "wasted guy" in Van Wilder: Party Liaison, but his career has certainly got a nice boost from becoming Jesse Pinkman in Breaking Bad. And the bet is on him making another jump from Emmy-winning TV star to Hollywood leading man in Need For Speed, which burns rubber at the theater on March 14th.

Thanks to IMDb, we have a peek at the new poster, one that seriously doubles down on the star power of Mr. Paul. Fitting the trend of a movie like Need For Speed making you feel old, the names above the poster are likely ones that have never been billed in this aspect before. Dominic Cooper, who will probably make a great villain because he's British, was seen this year giving a surprisingly good performance in the otherwise-forgettable Dead Man Down, and is known to legions of nerds as Tony Stark’s daddy: he’ll reprise his Howard Stark role in next year’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier. But who is Scott Mescudi, asks everyone? Well, apparently that’s the acting name for recording artist Kid Cudi. Pretty ballsy: for comparison’s sake, would any hip hop fan be convinced to see a movie if it featured Shawn Carter, and not Jay Z?

Though the poster sells this as a pretty epic battle happening inside Aaron Paul’s arteries (the helicopter is a metaphor for congestion, you see), this is indeed based on the series of racing games by Electronic Arts. The movies have amped up the action quite a bit, if the trailer trailer is anything to go by. Paul plays a mechanic named Tobey (wait, really?) who takes the fall for a wealthy competitor and goes to prison, emerging two years later with revenge in his carburetor. Vroom vroom! Not only is there a race involved in this revenge scheme, but it’s up to Tobey to outrun a fleet of cops on his tail, part of a series of booby traps set up by his target Dino (Cooper). Mmm, it doesn’t get more intense than a standoff between a guy named Tobey and a dude named Dino! Because this movie doesn’t have enough ridiculous names, the film also stars Imogen Poots, who could not get onto the poster because she is not a boy.

Fast & Furious Actor Paul Walker Dies In California Car Crash..........!

US actor Paul Walker, who starred in the Fast & Furious series of action films, has been killed in a car crash in California.

Walker, 40, was a passenger in a Porsche sports car driven by a friend - who also died - when it crashed north of Los Angeles.

Walker was said to be attending a charity event at the time.

He starred in all but one of the films in the Fast & Furious franchise, the sixth of which opened in May.

Walker also starred in the suspense drama Hours, a movie that is set for release this month.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's department said the crash happened in the community of Valencia.

It said deputies found a car engulfed in flames when they responded to a report of a collision. Two people found in the car were pronounced dead at the scene.

Images showed the burned-out wreckage of a red Porsche by the side of the road.

"It is with a truly heavy heart that we must confirm that Paul Walker passed away today in a tragic car accident while attending a charity event for his organisation.

The 36-year-old actor was honoured to have made the top ten in a recent Empire online poll of the 100 sexiest movie stars, and especially to have placed ahead of Hollywood heartthrobs Hugh Jackman, who ranked ninth, and Bradley Cooper, who came tenth, reported E! online.

"They`re wonderful guys and very handsome, so thank you for packaging me together with them," Fassbender said.

The actor was beaten by British star Benedict Cumberbatch, who came first, followed by Tom Hiddleston and Henry Cavill.

Ryan Gosling took the fourth place, with Robert Downey Jr in fifth, Chris Hemsworth in sixth, and Robert Pattinson in seventh.

'PRISONERS' Review: A Remarkable Exploration of Characters Under Pressure.......!

Although cut from the same cloth as such fine procedurals as David Fincher's Zodiac and the multiple Oscar-winning The Silence of the Lambs, Prisoners feels closer in spirit to Ben Affleck's terrific directorial debut Gone Baby Gone. Like that film, this is also a labyrinthine story about the search for kidnapped children that leaves you to ponder over a crucial moral issue.

On a cold, grey day in suburban Pennsylvania, while their families have gathered for a Thanksgiving meal, two young girls go missing. A detective, Loki (Jake Gyllenhaal), is called upon to investigate their disappearance. Suspicions focus on a creepy fella, Alex (Paul Dano), who'd parked his RV not far from where the girls had been playing. But when Loki doesn't have enough evidence to keep Alex behind bars, one of the girls' fathers, Keller Dover (Hugh Jackman), convinced that Alex has a hand in their kidnapping, picks up the guy from his aunt's home and takes matters into his own hands.

Can torture ever be justified even as a means to get to the truth? That's the question at the heart of Prisoners, this dark, unsettling thriller whose moody atmospherics sit nicely with the film's murky sense of what's right and wrong. Touching upon themes of vigilantism and vengeance, writer-director Denis Villeneuve creates an air of almost unbearable intensity, and he's aided nicely by Roger Deakins' chilly cinematography.

But the film is riveting from start to finish because of the solid acting on display. Maria Bello is in good form as Keller's helpless wife, as is Melissa Leo as Alex's frail aunt. Terrence Howard and Viola Davis bring layers to their parts as the second couple whose daughter has also gone missing. Hugh Jackman shines as the desperate father, a character that becomes more complex as the plot thickens. You have to wonder if Keller always had an angry streak in him, or if his daughter's kidnapping sparked off the rage. Jake Gyllenhaal too works up quite the sweat as the increasingly frustrated detective.

'ELYSIUM' Review: It Is A Blockbuster With A Brain......!

Announcing his arrival as an exciting, original voice with his terrific 2009 debut, the breathtaking sci-fi blast District 9, South African director Neill Blomkamp returns with 'Elysium', another intelligent action movie with a social message nicely woven in.

Set in 2154, a polluted and overpopulated Earth has been left to the poor by the rich, who now live in a paradise-like space station orbiting our planet. Up there in 'Elysium', sickness, crime and poverty do not exist. So when Max (Matt Damon), a reformed car thief, is injured in a radioactive accident, he becomes desperate to travel to 'Elysium' to cure himself. Too bad he has to get past a psychopathic assassin first (Sharlto Copley), and then there's that frosty defender of the rich world (Jodie Foster).

Echoing similar themes of social inequality and the high-handedness of the privileged class that he addressed in District 9, Blomkamp even adopts the same gritty shooting style, particularly for the Earth portions. Yet there's a tidy contrasting elegance to the Elysium-set scenes that is until spaceships come crashing into landscaped lawns, and Copley and Damon get down to some serious ass-kicking!

These two men in fact, are the film's most interesting characters, and 'Elysium' seldom misses a beat when it's focusing on them. But a predictable final act, involving a valiant sacrifice and an aborted romance, slacken the film's pace.

Justin Timberlake Faces The Weight Of 'Gravity' At The Box Office.........!

Timberlake's 'Runner Runner' will likely get crushed by Sandra Bullock's sci-fi drama.

Director Alfonso Cuaron's 3-D sci-fi epic "Gravity" should crush the box office this weekend, buoyed by a buzzed-about performance from Sandra Bullock in a lead role previously attached to Angelina Jolie and Natalie Portman. "Gravity" should take down between $40 million and $45 million, according to box-office forecasts. "Gravity" wowed audiences at the Venice Film Festival and has racked up a beyond-impressive 90 percent critical average on Rotten Tomatoes.

It's something of a former Batman/future Batman matchup this weekend. George Clooney donned the cape and cowl in 1997's ill-fated "Batman & Robin" and Ben Affleck will suit up for 2015's "Man of Steel" sequel. Clooney stars opposite Bullock in "Gravity"; Affleck is a shady gambler opposite Timberlake's Princeton grad in "Runner Runner."

George Clooney Explains Why He Won't Date Sandra Bullock......!

George Clooney is nothing if not a man's man.

Though he admitted that his Gravity costar, Sandra Bullock, looked especially great on the red carpet at their film's New York City premiere, Clooney would never date his friend of "more than 20 years."

"She was dating one of my best friends," Clooney told E! News last night, explaining why they never hooked up in the past. But...why not now then?! They're both gorgeous and fabulous and...

"There's a certain bro code, you know what I mean?" he insisted. "I've known her a long, long time."

"She looks beautiful, doesn't she?" Clooney added, trying to turn the attention back to Bullock looking absolutely stunning in her asymetrical white minidress by Giambattista Valli and black and white Giuseppe Zanotti heels.

In fact, Bullock proved way too much of a distraction for some.

"I don't know what qualities I would look for," Clooney gently chided us when we earnestly inquired what the recently single movie star looks for in a woman. "I'm looking at Sandy there and you're asking me questions like that!"

Lindsey Vonn Playfully Puts a Squirrel on Tiger Woods' Shoulder During Presidents Cup..............!

Whoever says golf is boring hasn't been watching lately. And it looks like we may have Lindsey Vonn to thank for making it more entertaining.

During the Presidents Cup on Thursday, Oct. 3, the Olympic skier decided to have some fun at boyfriend Tiger Woods' expense by placing a squirrel on his shoulder. (Yep, you read that right.)

Things got a little, er, hairy when Vonn took a furry pal from U.S. assistant captain Davis Love III, who had been holding the creature nicknamed "Sammy," apparently for good luck.

She then proceeded to sneak the squirrel onto her man. While Woods initially brushed it off, he soon seemed to have a change of heart when it came to his new-found friend.

Ben Affleck Succeeds Christian Bale As Batman.......!

US actor Ben Affleck will replace Christian Bale in the next Batman film, Warner Bros. Pictures said.

Affleck will appear in a Batman-Superman mega flick slated for release in 2015 that follows on the heels of this summer's Superman hit "Man of Steel." Bale, who played the title role in Christopher Nolan's "Batman" trilogy, had left the doors wide open for a new successor.

"We knew we needed an extraordinary actor to take on one of DC Comics' most enduringly popular super heroes, and Ben Affleck certainly fits that bill and then some," said Warner Bros. president Greg Silverman in a statement.

The film, which is not yet titled, will be directed by Zack Snyder, who was behind this summer's "Man of Steel" starring Henry Cavill of Britain.

Cavill will appear alongside Affleck in the 2015 film.

"Ben provides an interesting counter-balance to Henry's Superman. He has the acting chops to create a layered portrayal of a man who is older and wiser than Clark Kent and bears the scars of a seasoned crime fighter, but retain the charm that the world sees in billionaire Bruce Wayne," Snyder said.

"Man of Steel" has earned some $650 million worldwide and $290 million in North America alone.

Affleck is no stranger to superheros, having played Matt Murdock in the 2003 flop "Daredevil."

More notably, Affleck arrived at the pinnacle of Hollywood accomplishment in 2013 when his movie "Argo" won the Oscar for best film last February.

Kim Kardashian Posts Selfie, Appears In Keek Video With Family........!

Is Kim Kardashian getting back to her old self? The new mama made not one, but two social media appearances Monday, in a Keek video with her family and then in a follow-up Instagram selfie.

Rocking her new blond hair and a gold chain around her neck, Kim can be seen in the Sept. 9 Keek video uploaded to Scott Disick's account. In the 36-second clip, Scott and Khloe Kardashian sing along to Drake's "Hold On, We're Going Home" as Kim and Kourtney Kardashian pout and pose in the backseat of Khloe's car.

Nearly two years after Demi Moore announced her marriage to Ashton Kutcher was over, the couple has yet to make it official. Though Kutcher finally took the first step and filed divorce documents in December 2012, stalled negotiations have prevented the former couple from being able to go their separate ways.

According to the website, the fact that Moore, 50, and Kutcher, 35, were spotted walking and talking together after landing at Burbank Airport could mean big things for their divorce. The pair were both attendees at the same tech conference in San Jose, Calif., and they flew back on the same plane together.
